Had a sliding window out of my RV repaired. After watching You Tube Videos, reading RV forums etc. everyone said you had to remove the entire window assembly from the RV to replace the glass and slider. Well Quality Glass suggested they set up the window but not actually adhere the glass to the frame, so I could install the frame (bend it in) then install the glass. That was brilliant and saved me hours and hours of work and headache and worked like a charm. Thank You
Replaced my car windshield, very well done, Collin was professional and pleasant. Another older women who worked cashier was rude and of no help. When she talked on the phone she was condescending and didn't offer advice or product information for different types of windshields. When I visited the store she was short and cranky. I only continued to do business with them because Collin was a nice guy. Also they don't offer any warranty on their windshields, although places in Kamloops offer one year warranty.
Honest people making an honest living, it's good to see a business run like this. They did a great job replacing the windows in my house, giving me quality work at a good price. I'm very happy with how this job turned out. I have also needed for truck tire services on several occasions, this company goes the extra mile to ensure my needs were met.I have no reservations recommending Quality Glass & Tire.
